How long do repairs take? - You will receive a repair estimate within 1-2 business days after receipt of your repair item. Repairs are generally completed within 5-7 business days after the repair estimate is approved by the customer. (Parts availability will vary your specific turnaround time.)
Do you guarantee your work? - Custom Electronics provides an outstanding ONE YEAR warranty on all repair work performed. All replacement parts and the labor to install them are guaranteed for a full year.
